whimsical house  

This piece was pretty hard to make, but I did it. Throughout my career, I would say that my skills have gotten a lot better. The first thing I did when making this piece was go outside and get clay, and then I rolled it out. Then I made all of the house, then I fired it. Then I glazed it, then I'm all done. over all this peace was fun to make.

advanced large sculpture

this peace that i made it was going to be for my mom we have a garned at are house so she was going to us it for a planter tea box. it was my first time making one and I would say that it turned out pretty well.

vessel with interesting feet 

I think that this piece turned out well first thing I did was go outside to get clay. Then I went over to the sink and got a bowl, then I put the mess in it. Then I put the clay over the mess, then I added the feet to I,t thanks to Ms. Tompson's help:) I am probably going to paint it black.

tea pot

This piece was probably one of the best I have made this year. First thing I did well making this peace is I went outside and got clay, then I took the clay and made it into a pinch pot, then I added the handle, then I made a hole in the pouring spot. i really liked making this pace and i will probably make one again if i had to.

organic shope

This piece was pretty easy to make. The plate was not that hard, but the hard part for this pace was adding on the nobs to hold up the plate. I have made a plate before so that was not too hard. But I enjoyed making this piece.

platter final 

This is my final piece for this year, my theme is Hawaii theme I made a plater it took me 2 times to get it how i wanted it but it tured out pretty good.  i had a fun time this year and hope that you have a good summer.

handle on peace 

plan: - I am going to go out side a get clay from the bag 
-take the clay inside 
-then get a bord form under the sink 
- the put it bakc on the bored and sart to make a pinch pot
-after that then go back out side to get more clay 
-roll out a slab then cut it into a hanlde 
-then put it on a pinch pot 
-after all of this fire it then glazz it

Reflection: I thoughtthis peace would noto turn out the best. beacuse i thoght that i made my pinch pot to big for the handle to acatch onto. but it turned out ok. the hardest part of this peace was the hanble, my pinch pot was to thick so i had a hard time putting the handle on it would not stay on.

Lidded box 

plan: -I am going to go out side and grab clay 
- then I am going to weg it inside
-after i do that I am going to roll it out on the roller
-then i have to cut out 5 slabs 
-once i do that then i am going to have to put all of them together, then I am going to have to score and slip them together. 
- after all of thsi fire them

Reflection: This was my first time making a lidded box. I wish the sides of the box had turned out better, but it's okay. I realized I needed to smooth out the box more, but I didn't. I like the colors it ended up with, and I will probably make another one if I get the chance. 

series of 4 plates 

plan: -go out side to grab clay
-then bring it back inside 
-bring the clay to the rolling table 
-role out the clay the bring back to my table
-go out side and find a plate that is not to big or not to small
- once i find a plate put the slab on the plate 
-then smoth it out 
- let it get hard then fire it

Reflection: I had a lot of fun making these plates. It took about six plates to be perfect. The glaze that I used turned out to be cool. The first plate was the best one; the other ones did not turn out as good. I am definitely going to do this again.

plan:-first I am going to get clay from outside 
-then I am going to come back inside and weg it 
-then I am going to make it into a pinch pot 
- after that then I am going to flip it over 
-Get more clay, and water, slip, and score your arms onto the side.
-after that, I have to cut out a mouth then ass teeth to it then I am done

Reflection:over all this peace was pretty easy to do it was pretty fun making a peace that someone drew up and being abol to make the peace come to life. if i was to do it agian i would spend more time on the teeth and the arms. i am going to paint it red in balck because that is the colors that the perosn drew on there paper.
